Michelle, When I first started looking for a baker I spoke and emailed with several people. None of them were as warm and friendly, and willing to offer suggestions on how to get the look I wanted and still stay in budget. When the location changed from a 45 minuted drive to an hour and a half drive you didn't flinch! When we changed our colors a few weeks before the event, you met with us again for a second tasting with a smile on your face and the patience of a saint! When the day came, the cake was exactly what I had wanted and looked unbelievable! Not only was it gorgeous, but it tasted absolutely delicious. The people I worked with had forgotten all about making my birthday cake that day (as it was my birthday and my vow renewal), so that cake had double duty, and let me tell you that was the best birthday cake I ever had! Believe it or not, but your cakes were the only thing that went off without a problem...It all started with my first wedding band and engagement ring, they made it wrong, then, the 1st church got hit by lightening (four weeks before the wedding), then, 2 days before the wedding, my flowers came in wrong and we had to reselect...then the Rolls Royce broke down a block from the church!
